Cherry's Box Opening

When Cherry arrived, I had no clothes and no wig for her, so it was in borrowing from Rosslyn that I managed to at least not have her naked that first night. Briar never had a proper box opening, so don't expect her pics, heh.

Here we have...the Box! It arrived in the mail and Rosslyn was kind enough to wait until I get back from work that evening to open it, as it also contained her Realpuki Tyni.

 Wee little shoes!

The Tyni silver wrapper around the red book box.

The ever popular red storybook cases of the Fairyland dolls. These are the same ones that the Pukipukis come in. I don't think Fairyland has gotten around to making the Realpukis their own, as they can fit in these without breaking in transit.

However, their long ears mean they cannot be shipped with a whole head. Lol!

Aren't they adorable?? The Tyni, Rosslyn's Apple, is standing on the table, the Soso, my dear Cherry, is being supported by me above.

And her pretty borrowed dress! I need to get me a few of these. Cherry came with brown eyes at first, and Apple with blue. We ended up swapping them.

And Cherry is much enjoying the bed in the little pumpkin house Rosslyn made months before the two arrived. Apple is shy and hiding because she has no faceup and no blushing, ergo, she gets no clothes yet. Rosslyn had yet to have time to mod the mosquito nose of the Tyni sculpt down to proper Apple proportions.

Progress on the Modifications

I do not have pictures at this time, but that will hopefully change soon. Khorae's modifications are mostly complete now and her posing ability is amazing, especially compared to what it once was. She can sit up straight without any support--and did so for two days straight! She can even cross her legs and hold that pose as well. Her new sleeping head has had the lips parted further for a more natural sleeping look, and the eyes have been closed with epoxy sculpt. The nose has also been filed down to match her awake head, and the ears pierced. I'll go into more detail when I do finally have photos. Unfortunately, though, she's still blank, so hopefully we can get her blushed and faceupped soon, before the autumn weather changes to something too damp to work with.

Knit MSD Dress

I developed a pattern for this MSD-size doll dress a bit ago, but I needed the yarn I'd originally used for another project, so I set to knitting a new dress for Lan to keep. I really love how fitted it is and how it hugs her curves. The pattern has the cables both front and back. I think I will be offering this pattern for sale in some fashion in the future.

Halloween Pictures!

Cherry, Lan, and Briar decided they wanted to join in on the Halloween fun, so enjoy their costumes and little sets! Cherry went very Disney with her Frozen-inspired dress and a tiny pumpkin from our garden. Lan is a little witch and every witch needs a familiar. Briar wanted to enjoy some sumptuous Middle Eastern furniture and costume!
